Internship: In-House Photographer & Model Booker

The company prioritizes people and sustainability, aiming to build authentic, long-term careers that reflect the forward-thinking spirit of the 21st century.Role Description This is a part- / full-time, role based in Amsterdam, with a mix of on-site work at the agency and some work-from-home flexibility. The in-house photographer & booker will plan and execute test shoots, digitals, and portfolio updates for models, including lighting, composition, retouching, and file management. The role includes coordinating model schedules, communicating with clients, and supporting bookings for campaigns, editorials, and commercial work. The photographer & booker will maintain visual standards across all platforms, collaborate on creative concepts and mood boards, and ensure that imagery aligns with the agency’s brand. The position also involves basic administrative tasks related to contracts, options, and calendars, as well as contributing ideas to strengthen the agency’s visual identity and marketing materials.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong photography skills, including studio and natural light shooting, composition, and basic to advanced retouching.Candidates should possess skills in booking coordination and scheduling, including managing calendars, confirming options, and communicating clearly with models and clients.Candidates should possess skills in digital asset management, such as organizing files, naming and archiving images, and preparing selections for portfolios, social media, and client use.Candidates should possess skills in visual storytelling and branding, including creating consistent imagery, collaborating on mood boards, and aligning content with agency aesthetics.Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with models, clients, and colleagues in a professional, inclusive, and respectful manner.Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shoots and bookings in a fast-paced environment.Experience in fashion or model agencies, and familiarity with the Amsterdam creative scene, is highly beneficial.Proficiency with digital cameras, studio equipment, and photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop) is required; basic knowledge of social media and content creation is a plus.Fluency in English is required; Dutch or additional languages are an advantage.Interested?Would you like to kick-start your career in model booking, talent management, and fashion photography?Send your CV, portfolio (if available), and motivation letter in Dutch (or English) to marjolein@innocencemodels.com.We look forward to hearing from you!
