The intern will assist patients with their queries, coordinate appointments and treatment-related activities, maintain trackers, and ensure patients receive timely support.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Description – Patient Relations InternKey ResponsibilitiesTo provide information to patients relating to Doctor Profiles, Consultation Procedures, Medical Treatment Procedures, Treatment Plans, etc.To be quick and proactive in counselling patients and assisting them regarding any concerns related to their treatment plan.To ensure that the patient’s Consultation and Medical Treatment Plan is coordinated on time.To maintain cordial relations with Hospitals and various Departments for smooth patient care.To ensure patients are satisfied with our services and value our support.To review and update website content related to doctors, hospitals, treatments, and other healthcare information, ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.To maintain and regularly update the appointment tracker, ensuring all appointment details and follow-ups are recorded accurately.RequirementsGraduate or pursuing graduation in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good listening and understanding skills.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.Good written English and attention to detail.Ability to communicate professionally with patients, hospitals, and internal teams.Proactive, empathetic, and willing to learn.Freshers are welcome to apply.
