Digital & Technology InternWhat You'll DoSupport the testing and enhancement of ticketing and event technology platformsConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for ticketing applications and digital productsProvide feedback and recommendations on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designAssist in coding, system improvements, automation projects, and technical troubleshootingWork closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issuesProvide on-site technical support during eventsAssist attendees with ticket activation, entry procedures, app usage, and cashless top-up purchasesMonitor system performance and escalate issues when requiredLeverage AI tools to improve workflows, testing efficiency, and user experienceWhat We're Looking ForUndergraduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related disciplinesFamiliarity with coding and software development conceptsKnowledge of web, mobile app, or system testing methodologiesStrong interest in UX/UI and digital product developmentComfortable troubleshooting technical issues and assisting usersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient user of modern AI tools and technologiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced event environment_________________________________________________________________________________________Position 2 - Events Operations & Partnerships InternWhat You'll DoEvent OperationsSupport the planning and execution of live events and activationsCoordinate with event vendors, production teams, and service providersLiaise with venue operators to ensure event logistics, safety measures, and operational readiness are in placeAssist in developing event run-downs, contingency plans, and operational proceduresMonitor and prepare responses for potential disruptions, including weather conditions, crowd management, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen situationsProvide on-site event support before, during, and after eventsPartnerships & Business DevelopmentResearch and identify potential sponsors, exhibitors, and brand partnersAssist in preparing partnership proposals and sales materialsSupport partnership meetings, presentations, and follow-up communicationsHelp onboard exhibitors and partners to ensure a smooth event experienceMaintain strong partner relationships and support revenue-driving initiativesWhat We're Looking ForUndergraduate student from any disciplineStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, proactive, and detail-orientedPassion for live events, entertainment, culture, and brand partnershipsProficient in AI tools for research, project coordination, and productivityExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plusAble to work during selected evenings, weekends, and event days when required_________________________________________________________________________________________Position 3 -
