Internship Program - Finance Accounting / Financial Planning & Analysis (Feb/March 2027 Intake)

Arvato Systems Malaysia, a German-based global IT service solutions company, has been enabling digital transformation for businesses since 2005.We are now looking for passionate digital savvy individuals to join us in our Arvato Systems Malaysia Internship Program (AIP). Our aspiration is to provide opportunities for the young high-potential undergraduates in gaining valuable hands-on digital work experience and related learning as well as being mentored by our people at Arvato Systems Malaysia to prepare them for the workforce. For anyone interested, this internship program offers a dedicated track in Finance (Accounting) / Finance (Financial Planning & Analysis).Internship Expectations (Finance Accounting Track):Learn and perform general accounting administrative and bookkeeping functions.Assist the team in the processing of purchase requisitions.Contribute to the month-end close accounting process and help ensure global reporting deadlines are met.Maintain and manage a proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.Be involved in daily administration duties for the Finance department.Assist in preparing necessary documentation for audit, tax, and ISMS purposes.Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required by head of department.Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines and quality expectations. Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders involved. Participate in company-wide initiatives and events. Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.Be open for a two-way feedback and coaching.Be our brand ambassador.Internship Expectations - Finance (Financial Planning & Analysis Track)Learn and contribute to the preparation and follow-up of weekly reports (e.g., weekly utilization reports).Be involved in performing month-end closing activities (e.g., monthly preliminary and final Headcount checks, updating monthly exchange rates into relevant working files).Assist in the preparation of month-end reports (e.g., Monthly Business Review working files and presentation dashboards, Allowance and Leave Reports).Support the compilation of management reports, including downloading reports from SAP to be incorporated into respective reports.Assist in checking the sanity of working files (e.g., annual tariff pricing computation, annual KPI files) and other ad-hoc finance assignments.Support in the testing and implementation of process improvement initiatives.Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines and quality expectations. Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders involved. Participate in company-wide initiatives and events. Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.Be open for a two-way feedback and coaching.Be our brand ambassador.What Must You Have:Be an Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is in the final semester of your current Diploma/ Degree/ Master's in Business Studies/ Finance/ Accountancy, or a related discipline. A minimum of CGPA 3.2 and above. An excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
