The team is committed to creating meaningful impact by redefining industries, driving economic growth, and offering hands-on support beyond funding.Role Description The Internship Program – KenKo Ventures KSA role is an on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Interns will support the planning and execution of startup and ecosystem programs, assist in coordinating events and workshops, and help manage relationships with founders, partners, and community stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks may include collecting and analyzing program data, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to outreach and communication activities. Interns will also collaborate with the team on training and support initiatives for startups, assist in providing front-line customer service to hub visitors and program participants, and help ensure smooth operations across initiatives. This internship offers exposure to venture capital, innovation ecosystems, and entrepreneurial support in a dynamic, impact-driven environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess program management skills, including organizing activities, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting project timelines.Candidates should possess analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data, and to support decision-making for programs and initiatives.Candidates should possess strong communication skills for engaging with founders, partners, and internal teams, both in writing and verbally.Candidates should possess training-related skills and an interest in supporting workshops, mentoring sessions, and learning activities for startups.Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide professional, friendly support to visitors, participants, and community members.Relevant qualifications include current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in business, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field.Additional beneficial skills include teamwork, problem-solving, proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.Interest in venture capital, innovation ecosystems, and working with underserved communities within Saudi Arabia and the wider region is highly beneficial.
