The trainee will support daily operational activities of the buyers’ club, including data collection, member coordination, and documentation of processes. Responsibilities may include assisting in outreach to prospective members, helping organize meetings or events, preparing basic reports, and maintaining records under supervision. The role will also involve learning organizational procedures, collaborating with team members on small projects, and contributing ideas to improve member engagement. This position is designed to offer practical exposure, mentorship, and skill development in a structured, mission-driven environment.Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English; strong listening skills and a collaborative mindset.Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations) and comfort working with data and documentation.Organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a dynamic not-for-profit environment focused on social impact.Interest in consumer rights, community development, or economic empowerment; prior volunteer or internship experience is an advantage but not required.Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in fields such as business, social sciences, economics, or related disciplines are beneficial.
