The organization values ethical practice, clear communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork to enhance patient experiences and results.Role Description The Interventional Radiologist will provide minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, working closely with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing imaging studies, consulting with patients and clinical teams, planning and performing vascular and non-vascular interventions, and ensuring appropriate pre- and post-procedure care. The role also involves interpreting radiological and nuclear medicine imaging relevant to interventional procedures, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and participating in quality assurance activities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nasik, requiring active involvement in departmental workflows, emergency coverage as applicable, and adherence to institutional protocols and regulatory standards.Qualifications Strong foundation in clinical Medicine, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams.Advanced skills in Radiology, including image interpretation and use of ultrasound, CT, and fluoroscopy for guided procedures.Experience or training in Nuclear Medicine relevant to diagnostic imaging and interventional planning.Proficiency in Vascular interventions, including diagnostic angiography and endovascular procedures.Specialized expertise in Interventional radiology techniques, including minimally invasive, image-guided therapies.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD/DNB or equivalent), with appropriate registration and licensing.Demonstrated ability to work in high-acuity settings, manage complications, and make timely clinical decisions.Strong communication skills, patient-centered approach, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practice.Experience with hospital information systems, PACS, and adherence to quality and safety standards is beneficial.Prior experience as an Interventional Radiologist or fellowship training in interventional radiology is preferred.
