Interviewer/ Assessor

Position: Army Interviewer/ Assessor Location: Pirbright, UKType: Full TimeSalary: £27,820 (non-negotiable).Driving Licence MustResponsibilitiesOne-to-one interviews discussing career options.Review candidate assessments and match them to suitable roles (over 100 different roles available).Advise candidates who may not qualify for their preferred role.Family or friends with Army experience is a plus.QualificationsBPSS clearance (3 years residency in the UK).Must be able to drive.Comfortable with overnight stays and on-call duties.Required SkillsStrong communication and listening skills.Personable and able to engage with people from all backgrounds.IT proficiency.Preferred SkillsInterview experience preferred (coaching background not required).Someone with good people skills is needed (this role is more finding the right person).Call centre experience considered (for people skills).This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week over a 7-day period.
