We are a growing business with a wide range of products, in-house expertise and operations spanning sales, e-commerce, product development, inventory and warehouse operations, servicing customers throughout Australia and internationally.Role Outline:In this role you will co-ordinate the efficient transition of products from creation through to being available across all sales channels. This role supports the Inventory team with supplier communication, warranty claims, ad-hoc purchasing, invoice processing, product administration, and the creation and maintenance of product records. This role also supports the E-commerce team, ensuring products have been accurately prepared for online sale through quality control checks, image management and the final publication of product listings.Key Responsibilities:·        Create products ready for ordering·        Co-ordinate images for product listings·        Publish web listings for new products·        Monitor inventory for slow-moving products that need promotion·        Communicate with suppliers regarding all warranty claims from customers on products·        keep systems updated on warranty status and process all warranty credits.·        Liaising with suppliers to keep our purchase orders up to date with delivery dates and stock availability·        Assist with the weekly newsletter of new items, specials and updates that are important for staff to know·        Assist the warehouse with missing items, and supplier stock issues·        Create BOM kits lists for internal assembly and sale·        Maintain any damaged stock located in warehouse- Creating one off listing to sell or contact suppliers etc.·        Perform routine pricing updates ·        Create Instructions for in-house designed products·        Assist all departments with performing internal transfers for returns of stock from internal departments·        Assist with Receipting and costing of supplier invoices for products·        Assist with the maintenance of product descriptions to maintain consistency in accordance with our style guide Experience              ·        Previous experience in an inventory, product administration, purchasing, e-commerce, or warehouse administration role·        Experience using Microsoft Excel·        Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation·        Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable·        Experience managing product information and maintaining accurate data recordsAbout You: Highly Motivated individual with Fantastic organisation skillsEnjoys working in a team environment
