Inventory & Logistics SupervisorLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaStart Date: ImmediateEmployment Type: Full TimeWe are looking for an organized and hands on Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to manage inventory, imports, warehouse operations, and client deliveries across our own portfolio of brands.IMPORTANT: Our warehouse manages inventory for multiple brands owned by our company, and this position will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and logistics operations across all of them. Immediate availability is required.Key Responsibilities• Review and organize the current stock across all brands• Conduct physical stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate• Prepare the warehouse for new incoming inventory• Receive, check, label, and register new stock• Work with the team to ensure inventory is correctly entered into the systems in place• Maintain clear visibility of what is available, what is added, and what is running low• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs• Coordinate imports, shipments, customs clearance, and incoming deliveries• Communicate with suppliers, freight companies, couriers, and logistics partners• Organize and supervise deliveries to clients• Investigate missing stock, discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery issues• Maintain clear inventory records separately for each brandRequirements• Previous experience in inventory, logistics, stock control, or warehouse operations• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Experience using inventory management systems• Understanding of imports, shipping, and delivery processes• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities at the same time• Reliable, practical, and able to take full ownership of the role• Available to start immediatelyWe are looking for someone who is practical, reliable, highly organized, and comfortable taking full ownership of inventory and logistics from the physical stock to the systems, imports, and final delivery to the client.
