Location: 375 E Markham St, Perris, CA 92571 (Onsite)Reports to: Operations ManagerJob Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryThe Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across all clients and storage locations within the warehouse.

This role focuses on cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of inventory accuracy in a multi-client 3PL environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn inventory accuracy across all warehouse locationsPerform and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle countsInvestigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate inventory records in the WMSPartner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams to prevent errorsDevelop SOPs for inventory handling and adjustmentsPrepare inventory reports for internal teams and clientsSupport client audits and physical inventoriesMonitor shrink, damages, and loss trendsQualifications3+ years inventory control experience in a warehouse or 3PLStrong WMS experienceExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsExperience managing cycle counts and auditsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWhy AELogistix?Join a collaborative, fast-growing logistics company where technology and teamwork drive results.
