Inventory Coordinator

Role Description As part of our ongoing expansion , Sahat Al Majd Trading Company is looking for a highly driven Inventory Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, processing inventory transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation in the inventory management system. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating physical inventory counts, supporting shipping and receiving activities, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing inventory reports for management. The Inventory Coordinator collaborates with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support smooth operations. The role also involves following company policies and safety standards while continuously improving inventory control procedures.Responsibilities:Maintained stock accuracy through rigorous auditing and cycle counting.Reduced excess inventory and prevented stockouts by improving demand forecasting.Improved e-commerce distribution capabilities to meet growing online sales demand.Created monthly KPI reports to track stock adjustments, claims, and fulfillment performance.Coordinated with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
