As a remote-first organization, we value accuracy, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The RoleAs an Inventory Coordinator / Inventory Control Assistant, you will support daily inventory management, stock monitoring, record maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting activities. You will help ensure inventory data remains accurate while coordinating with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor stock availability, and support efficient replenishment. This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and collaboration with international teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records across ERP systems, spreadsheets, WMS platforms, and internal databases.Monitor stock levels, receipts, transfers, adjustments, product movements, and inventory transactions.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain accurate stock information.Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between system records and physical stock.Track low-stock items, excess inventory, slow-moving products, and potential inventory risks.Assist with replenishment activities, purchase orders, stock transfers, and inventory planning.Maintain accurate SKU information, product records, inventory documentation, and supporting files.Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, reconciliation reports, and KPI updates for management.Support cycle counts, inventory audits, stock reviews, and corrective actions when required.Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, stock visibility, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience is preferred.Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, warehouse processes, procurement, and supply chain operations.Knowledge of SKU management, inventory reconciliation, stock movement tracking, replenishment, and inventory reporting.Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management tools.Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and maintain accurate inventory records.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a fully remote environment.Strong communication and coordination skills across procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams.A proactive, detail-oriented, and process-focused mindset with a strong commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.What We OfferFlexible part-time working hours with a fully remote work arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities to contribute to inventory optimization, supply chain efficiency, and operational improvement.Exposure to modern ERP, WMS, inventory, and supply chain management systems.Professional development and career growth opportunities within inventory control, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations.A collaborative and inclusive remote culture that values accuracy, teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
