Our work helps organizations maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory movements, identify discrepancies, and improve visibility across purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and operations.The RoleWe are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage daily inventory administration and stock control activities. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, supporting reconciliation activities, coordinating with operational teams, and preparing inventory reports to help maintain efficient stock management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inventory administration and stock control activities.Maintain accurate records of stock levels, item information, quantities, and inventory movements.Record and monitor receipts, transfers, adjustments, dispatches, and other stock transactions.Review inventory records and identify discrepancies, missing information, duplicate entries, or outdated data.Assist with physical stock counts and reconcile results with system records.Monitor stock availability, shortages, excess inventory, and unusual stock movements.Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate appropriate follow-up with relevant teams.Maintain inventory databases, spreadsheets, trackers, ERP systems, and digital records.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, purchasing, sales, and operations teams.Track inventory-related orders, deliveries, transfers, and outstanding requirements.Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, reconciliation reports, and management updates.Support documentation for stock audits, inventory reviews, and internal controls.Review product and stock information to ensure records remain complete and accurate.Monitor recurring inventory issues and support improvements to stock control processes.Assist with inventory planning and stock availability monitoring when required.Requirements3+ years of experience in inventory management, stock control, inventory administration, warehouse operations, or a related function preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred.Good understanding of inventory processes, stock movements, reconciliation, and inventory control.Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, ERP systems, inventory management software, and digital databases.Ability to investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple inventory records, transactions, and deadlines.Good written and verbal communication skills.Experience with WMS, ERP, inventory reporting, stock audits, or inventory planning is an advantage.What We OfferHybrid part-time work arrangement.Flexible hours designed to support a balanced working schedule.Practical experience across inventory management, stock control, reconciliation, and inventory reporting.Exposure to purchasing, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operational workflows.A professional and collaborative working environment.
