Job Description

Manage inventory accuracy across multiple brands, warehouses, and sales channels, ensuring physical stock is aligned with ERP/WMS records.Oversee stock reconciliation, cycle counts, physical stock takes, inventory adjustments, and variance investigations.Monitor inbound stock, stock transfers, returns, and replenishment, ensuring efficient inventory flow and product availability.Analyze stock aging, slow-moving/excess inventory, stock turnover, and inventory performance, providing actionable reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain operations.Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, luxury, or branded retail, preferably within an international or multi-location environment.Strong experience managing high-SKU-volume inventory across multiple warehouses, including reconciliation, cycle counting, stock aging, transfers, returns, and inventory reporting.Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large-data reconciliation; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or 3PL warehouses is an advantage.
