Inventory Specialist

Company: The Dripped CollectionWe are seeking a highly organized, experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your ability to maintain accurate inventory records, anticipate demand patterns, and implement effective inventory control strategies will be essential in meeting our customers' needs and achieving our business objectives.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands while avoiding overstock or stockouts. Regularly conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and accurate shipment of products to customers.Utilize data analysis tools to assess inventory trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions for inventory optimization.Work closely with suppliers to maintain healthy relationships, manage order timelines, and negotiate favorable terms for inventory procurement.Continuously evaluate and enhance inventory management procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.Qualifications2 - 3 years of experience as an Inventory Specialist or in a similar role.Minimum of BSc/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any related field. Proficient in MS Excel, Shopify and other standard office technology.Ability to pay strong attention to detail.Close proximity to job location.
