Inventory Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouses and farm locations.Perform inventory planning, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting.Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in the ERP system.Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits.Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and expired inventory.Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and KPI dashboards.Optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and audits.Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
