Inventory Supervisor

Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive Inventory Supervisor to manage day-to-day inventory operations and ensure accurate stock control across our chilled and frozen products. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and close coordination with Procurement to ensure product availability and accurate inventory records.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day inventory operations and stock movementsMonitor stock levels and coordinate closely with Procurement to ensure product availabilityEnsure accurate receiving, GRNs, transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory transactionsConduct regular physical stock counts and investigate and resolve discrepanciesMonitor FIFO/FEFO, expiry dates, damages, wastage, and slow-moving stockEnsure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in OdooMonitor stock accuracy and maintain proper inventory records and documentationPrepare regular inventory reports and highlight stock-related issues and variancesEnsure proper storage and handling of chilled and frozen productsSupport the implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures and systemsRequirements3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock controlExperience in food/FMCG is a strong advantageStrong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFOExperience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a strong advantageStrong Excel and reporting skillsProven ability to identify and resolve stock discrepanciesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and coordination skillsProactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownershipProficiency in English
