Through style, to highlight our offering and emphasize our fashion.Namshi is part of the noon Group.We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Inventory Supervisor to take ownership of all inventory and stock operations for a key brand project.The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring stock is accurately received, tracked, allocated and replenished, working closely with the brand, retail teams, mall, warehouse, logistics partners, agencies and vendors.This is a 3 month contract role, with possibility of extension. The candidate must have their own visa sponsorship. Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of stock management and inventory control throughout the project.Manage the receiving, checking, recording and organisation of all incoming stock.Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and inventory trackers at all times.Monitor daily stock levels and proactively manage replenishment requirements.Coordinate stock movements between the warehouse, retail location and other relevant locations.Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.Manage product returns, damaged goods, transfers and other stock adjustments.Coordinate closely with logistics and delivery partners to ensure stock arrives on time and in the correct quantities.Work with the brand and retail teams to understand upcoming launches, campaigns, events and promotional activity and plan stock requirements accordingly.Support merchandising and retail teams with stock availability and product requirements.Coordinate with mall management and relevant operational teams where required for deliveries, loading access, storage and stock movements.Maintain clear documentation for all stock received, transferred, returned or written off.Flag low stock, excess stock, discrepancies or potential operational issues before they impact the project.Provide regular inventory and stock movement reports to key stakeholders.Ensure all stock handling and storage processes are organised, secure and compliant with brand requirements.Ensure a smooth final stock reconciliation and handover at the end of the project.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in stock management, inventory control, retail operations or warehouse operations.Experience within fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle or retail is highly preferred.Strong understanding of stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, reconciliation and inventory reporting.Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.Comfortable working with inventory management systems, Excel and stock trackers.Able to manage large volumes of SKUs accurately and efficiently.Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams, suppliers and logistics partners.Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve stock issues quickly.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being hands-on with day-to-day operations.UAE-based and available for on-site requirements in Dubai.
