We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLEInventory Supervisor | Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment | OperationsROLE SUMMARYTo oversee site inventory operations and ensure seamless and reliable inventory management across assigned locations. The role is responsible for inventory optimization, cost control, stock accuracy, reporting, and compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational standards while supporting uninterrupted business operations and customer experience.ROLE PROFILEMonitor and maintain inventory levels, process purchase orders, and track stock movements.Receive, inspect, unpack, label, and restock inventory items as required.Record stock receipts, transfers, and wastage within inventory management systems on a daily basis.Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records.Investigate stock variances and provide corrective actions and recommendations.Validate inventory transactions and ensure compliance with established inventory control procedures.Monitor daily inventory activities and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.Analyze inventory discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.Create and maintain inventory item records, including new item setups and modifications.Monitor historical stock trends and maintain appropriate PAR stock levels.Ensure storage areas comply with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety requirements.Support cost control initiatives by minimizing losses, wastage, and inventory variances.Conduct spot checks, expiry-date reviews, and inventory audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.Review inventory performance, identify slow-moving items, and support menu engineering initiatives.Prepare and share inventory reports including stock receipts, transfers, wastage, variances, and concession sales.Maintain inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.Support operational teams in maintaining food safety, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency standards.Adhere to VOX Cinemas and Majid Al Futtaim operational policies and procedures.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years of inventory control experience in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or entertainment industry.Previous experience with inventory management systems such as Materials Control (MC), Micros, or similar platforms is preferred.Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and cost management principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.Minimum High School Certificate; additional qualifications in inventory management, logistics, or business administration are an advantage.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, spread happiness, and build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
