Investigations Supervisor

We’re Hiring | Investigations SupervisorWe are looking for an Investigations Supervisor to join our Legal Affairs team in Riyadh.The role will be responsible for supervising internal investigations, reviewing investigation reports and evidence, handling complex and sensitive cases, and providing legal guidance and recommendations to management.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and guide Investigations Specialists.Review investigation reports and collected evidence.Manage complex and sensitive investigations.Conduct interviews, review documents, and analyze findings.Ensure compliance with investigation procedures and legal requirements.Provide recommendations on corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law.3–5 years of relevant experience in investigations, compliance, or related legal roles.Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.Excellent investigation, analytical, and report-writing skills.Fluent in English.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏢 Function: Legal AffairsIf you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please feel free to share or apply.
