Senior Non-Key Expert – Investment & BlendingNTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Investment & Blending to support technical assistance assignments related to investment project preparation, EU blending and guarantee instruments, investment pipeline development, project structuring, and cooperation with European and international financial institutions.Qualifications and SkillsMaster’s degree in economics, finance, investment, banking, business administration, or a related field.English: C1 level.Arabic is desirable.French is an asset.Professional ExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant professional experience.Experience with investment project preparation, blending and/or financial guarantee instruments.Knowledge of EFSD+, EU blending mechanisms and cooperation with European/International Financial Institutions.Experience developing investment pipelines, project concepts or feasibility assessments.Experience liaising with financial institutions, public authorities and project promoters.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send to recruitment@ntu.eu.
