INVESTMENT & CAPITAL MARKETS DIRECTOR

ROX Group is looking for an experienced Investment & Capital Markets professional to lead strategic transactions and capital raising initiatives at Group level.This is a high-impact opportunity for a strong deal professional who brings hands-on transaction experience, solid financial expertise, and the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and institutional investors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ️ Lead end-to-end execution of strategic transactions, including M&A, IPOs, equity/debt financing and divestments.
• ️ Develop transaction strategies and lead valuation, financial modelling, deal structuring and commercial negotiations.
• ️ Identify and evaluate investment, acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities.
• ️ Build and manage relationships with investment banks, PE funds, institutional investors and strategic investors.
• ️ Advise Senior Management and the Board on capital allocation, portfolio optimization and strategic financing alternatives.
• ️ Build and develop a high-performing Investment & Capital Markets team.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR✔️ 5+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Strategy or Capital Markets.✔️ Demonstrated track record in M&A, IPO and/or capital raising transactions.✔️ Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring and deal negotiation.✔️ Ability to work effectively with Board members, C-suite executives and international investors.✔️ Strong English communication and presentation skills.✔️ MBA and/or CFA would be an advantage.WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?A unique opportunity to take a leading role in high-impact strategic transactions, work closely with senior leadership, and engage with leading financial institutions and investors to support ROX Group’s long-term growth ambitions.
