Assessing development opportunities for organizational land assets, farms, and university propertiesConducting economic feasibility studies to determine endowment valuations and project viabilityIdentifying, screening, and evaluating investment opportunitiesDeveloping technical and Shariah-compliant frameworks for temporary endowments (deposits/real estate) and Waqf sukuk instrumentsPreparing comprehensive periodic sustainability performance reports, including gap analysisAnalyzing the impact of inflation on annual project commitments and obligationsQualifications & Expertise:Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance3–5 years of experience in financial analysis and investment appraisalFMVA certified; skilled in investment and portfolio managementStrong knowledge of Shariah governance standards for endowments (Awqaf)Bilingual (Arabic & English) with advanced Excel proficiency
