Our investment interests span venture capital, private equity, deep tech, AI, real assets, and impact-aligned opportunities across sectors including healthcare, energy, food systems, housing, water, and the circular economy.We are building a global platform connecting exceptional women investors with high-quality investment opportunities, investment intelligence, family offices, funds, founders, and strategic relationships across the GCC and international markets.About the RoleWe are looking for an Investment & Wealth Manager to join Berkana and work closely with our UHNW single-family-office principals.This is an investment-focused role, rather than a traditional wealth-management or sales position.The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of our members' investment strategies, portfolios, capital allocation preferences, areas of interest, and investment mandates. They will then work with the Berkana team to identify relevant opportunities, assess their fit for individual members, and facilitate high-quality investment connections.The role sits at the intersection of private wealth, family offices, investment analysis, private markets, and investor relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesMember Investment IntelligenceDevelop a detailed understanding of Berkana members' investment strategies and capital allocation preferences.Build and maintain investment profiles covering asset classes, sectors, geographies, ticket sizes, risk appetite, investment horizon, and liquidity preferences.Understand what each principal is actively looking to invest in and where they have existing exposure.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling UHNW investor information.Investment OpportunitiesReview and analyse investment opportunities relevant to Berkana members.Evaluate opportunities across VC, PE, private credit, real estate, deep tech, AI, impact, and other private-market strategies.Prepare concise investment briefs and opportunity summaries.Identify which Berkana members may be relevant for specific opportunities.Coordinate introductions between members and founders, fund managers, family offices, and other investment counterparties.Support members during initial evaluation and diligence processes.Identify potential co-investment and syndication opportunities between Berkana members.Investment Research & IntelligenceResearch investment themes, sectors, funds, managers, and emerging opportunities.Track developments across global private markets.Develop investment insights and intelligence for the Berkana community.Build and maintain a high-quality database of investment managers, funds, companies, family offices, and investment opportunities.Identify emerging investment themes that may be particularly relevant to UHNW women and family offices.Family Office & Investment NetworkDevelop relationships with family offices, private equity and venture capital funds, private banks, asset managers, founders, investment professionals, and other relevant counterparties.Source high-quality investment opportunities for the Berkana ecosystem.Represent Berkana at selected investment meetings, private dinners, family-office gatherings, conferences, and roundtables.Develop a strong understanding of the GCC and international family-office ecosystem.Support for Berkana's GrowthThe primary focus of this role is investment, but the successful candidate will also support the development of Berkana's platform by:Identifying potential UHNW women and family offices who could be relevant to Berkana.Supporting strategic relationships with investment institutions and family offices.Identifying potential partnerships and co-investment opportunities.Contributing investment expertise to Berkana's events, roundtables, and member programming.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking years of relevant experience in investment management, family office, private banking, wealth management, VC, PE, private markets, or investment advisory.Strong understanding of investment analysis and capital allocation.Strong knowledge of private markets and alternative investments.Experience working with UHNW individuals, family offices, institutional investors, or sophisticated private investors.Ability to analyse investment opportunities and communicate investment theses clearly.Strong financial and analytical skills.Excellent research and due-diligence capabilities.Strong understanding of portfolio construction and asset allocation.Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Strong English communication skills.Existing relationships within the family-office or investment ecosystem are highly desirable.GCC experience is highly desirable.What We Are Looking For Beyond the CVWe are particularly
