Investment Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Sphere recruitment are working with a leading Real Estate Investment Manager who seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join its investment team in Dubai.This is an analytical investment role suited to a candidate with strong experience across real estate investments or credit, with the ability to assess investment opportunities from both a quantitative and commercial perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and evaluate real estate investment opportunities across different asset classes and geographies.Build and review detailed financial models, including acquisition, development, cash flow, debt and returns analysis.Conduct investment underwriting, including IRR, NPV, equity multiples, leverage and sensitivity analysis.Assess investment opportunities from both a real estate and credit perspective, including debt structures, leverage and downside scenarios.Undertake market, sector and asset-level research to support investment decisions.Review investment memoranda, financial statements, valuation reports, due diligence materials and transaction documentation.Support the preparation of investment committee papers and recommendations.Conduct scenario and downside analysis to assess risk and potential returns.Work closely with investment, asset management, finance and external advisory teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.Monitor existing investments and provide analysis on portfolio performance and valuation.Support transaction execution, due diligence and financial analysis across new opportunities.RequirementsArabic speaking is essential.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting or a related discipline.Strong investment analysis experience within real estate, private equity, credit, investment banking, asset management or a related investment environment.Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.Demonstrable understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and investment returns.Experience analysing debt, credit metrics, capital structures or leveraged investments would be highly advantageous.Strong understanding of financial statements and investment risk.Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to assess both risk and opportunity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join an established investment platform and gain exposure to real estate investment, transactions and portfolio analysis, working alongside an experienced investment team.The successful candidate will combine technical investment analysis with strong commercial judgement, and will be comfortable working with complex financial and investment data.Arabic-speaking candidates with experience across real estate investment or credit are particularly encouraged to apply.
