Investment Analyst/Associate

As an Investment Analyst / Associate, you will support the evaluation and execution of strategic investment opportunities across digital infrastructure and adjacent sectors. You will work closely with the Investments and Asset Management teams to conduct financial analysis, build financial models, coordinate due diligence processes, manage external advisors, and prepare investment committee materials. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from opportunity screening and valuation through transaction execution and portfolio insights.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain robust financial models, valuations, and investment analysesConduct market research, commercial assessments, and investment screeningCoordinate financial, legal, tax, technical, and commercial due diligence workstreamsManage relationships with external advisors, consultants, lenders, and counterparties throughout transactionsPrepare investment committee papers, presentations, and decision-support materialsSupport transaction execution, deal tracking, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, and Asset ManagementMonitor investment pipelines and maintain transaction documentation and trackers
