Investment Analyst / Associate – InvestmentsWe’re looking for someone who is, at their core, curious about businesses and how they are built someone who enjoys going beyond numbers to understand founders, markets, products, customers and what makes a business scale.This role is an opportunity to work closely with the investment team across the full investment lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities to supporting portfolio companies post-investment.📍 Location: GurgaonWhat we’re looking for* 2–3 years of experience, ideally across high-quality startups, investment banking, consulting, venture capital, private equity or other analytical/strategy-oriented roles* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems* Genuine interest in startups, technology, businesses and investing* Strong understanding of business fundamentals — revenue, growth, margins, unit economics, P&L and key business metrics* Ability to conduct market, industry and company-level research and form an independent point of view* Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills* Exposure to transaction processes, due diligence or working closely with businesses would be an advantage* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations* High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment* Intellectual curiosity, humility and a willingness to learnWhat you’ll doThis is a full-stack investing role, with exposure across:* Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities* Conducting market, sector and company research* Analysing business models, financials, unit economics and growth drivers* Building financial models and investment analyses* Supporting due diligence and preparing investment memos* Working closely with founders and management teams to understand businesses, challenges and opportunities* Tracking and analysing portfolio company performance and MIS* Supporting deal execution and transaction-related activities* Preparing materials for internal investment discussions and reviews* Developing perspectives on emerging sectors, business models and market trends* Supporting the team across portfolio engagement, investor reporting and other fund initiativesWhat success looks like* Developing a strong understanding of businesses and the ability to independently assess investment opportunities* Bringing sharp, data-backed and differentiated perspectives to investment discussions* Building strong relationships with founders and becoming a trusted partner to the investment team* Taking ownership of investment analysis and key workstreams end-to-end* Demonstrating the ability to move beyond analysis to understand what drives business outcomes* Growing into an investor who can independently evaluate opportunities and contribute meaningfully to investment decisionsIf you are someone who enjoys understanding businesses, questioning assumptions, working with founders and solving problems, and want to build a career at the intersection of capital, technology and company building, this could be a strong fit.
