Investment Analyst

A fast growing and specialised boutique real estate advisory firm is seeking an ambitious Investment Analyst to join its growing Dubai team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions, feasibility studies, market analysis and investment advisory assignments across the UAE and wider GCC.Working alongside senior investment professionals, you will support institutional investors, developers, family offices and government clients in evaluating acquisition opportunities, development projects and strategic investment decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models for acquisitions, developments and investment opportunities.Undertake financial feasibility studies, investment appraisals and cash flow modelling.Prepare DCF, IRR, NPV and sensitivity analyses to assess project performance and investment returns.Conduct market research, supply and demand analysis, and benchmarking across the UAE real estate sector.Assist with commercial due diligence on investment and development opportunities.Support the preparation of investment memorandums, client reports, presentations and board papers.Analyse development costs, funding structures and project viability.Monitor market trends, economic indicators and transaction activity to identify investment opportunities.Work closely with clients, lenders, developers and internal advisory teams throughout project execution.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.2–5 years' experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, valuations or real estate advisory.Previous experience with a real estate consultancy, developer, investment manager, private equity firm or Big Four advisory practice is highly desirable.Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.Knowledge of DCF modelling, valuation methodologies, feasibility analysis and development appraisals.Strong written communication and presentation skills.Experience using Argus, EstateMaster, Power BI or similar analytical tools would be advantageous.
