Investment Analyst – Real Estate DevelopmentLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our real estate development team. The role will focus on evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the development and execution of real estate projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze real estate investment and development opportunities.Build and maintain detailed financial models, including project cash flows, IRR, NPV, ROI, and sensitivity analyses.Conduct feasibility studies and assess project profitability and investment returns.Perform market, financial, and comparable property analysis.Support investment decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.Prepare investment memorandums, financial reports, and presentations for senior management and investment committees.Monitor project performance against financial assumptions and budgets.Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, development projects, and investment opportunities.Collaborate with development, finance, strategy, and asset management teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in real estate investment, real estate development, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.Strong understanding of real estate development economics and investment analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Preferred QualificationsExperience in real estate development or investment firms.CFA, FMVA, or relevant professional certification is a plus.Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is highly desirable.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to:Email: talents@roof.com.sa
