Investment Analyst – Capital HillRiyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-siteCapital Hill is a Riyadh-based investment firm currently progressing through CMA licensing as it expands into fund management. As we build out this capability, we're looking for an Investment Analyst to play a central role in deal evaluation, financial modeling, and portfolio reporting with the opportunity to help shape the firm's fund management function from the ground up.What you'll do:Build and maintain financial models, including DCF analysis, IRR calculations, and sensitivity scenarios.Prepare investment memos and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.Lead market research and due diligence on prospective opportunities.Track and report on portfolio performance on an ongoing basis.Support the firm's CMA licensing process and the setup of its fund structures.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, or a similar field.Familiarity with CMA regulations and Saudi fund structures is a strong plus.Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; comfortable presenting in PowerPoint.Professional certifications such as CFA or CME-1 (or equivalent) are a plus.Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.If you're interested, kindly fill out the following form:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScCE3DqGViYiAWf9Uf2qjilrrEIxQ2aMZhrErV-iOwx1GIseg/viewform?usp=header
