Founded in 2021, we now manage more than $350 million across two funds and a series of co-investment vehicles, and we are growing quickly. Our portfolio includes four companies now valued above a billion dollars, among them Figure, DevRev, Plata and Corgi, alongside investments in Caramel, which exited to eBay, Honor Education and Too Good To Go.The firm was co-founded by Pavel Tinkov and Greg Laurent Josi, who previously built LJTS Group together, managing a public portfolio for a London-based family office. Pavel studied at USC, HKUST and Bocconi, and draws on the network of his family business, Tinkoff Bank, one of the world's largest digital banks by customer base. Greg holds a BSc in Political Economics from Bocconi and brings a family background across European insurance, fintech and private equity, including businesses later acquired by AXA and Ingenico. We are two partners. There is no investment committee beyond us and no layers between the work and the decision, which is why this role exists.THE ROLESourcing sits with the partners. Your work begins once a company is in the pipeline, and covers the analysis that determines whether we invest. We run two to four weeks of internal and external diligence on each opportunity, with a preliminary and a final investment committee. You should expect several companies to be in process at the same time, at different stages, and a significant part of the role is managing that concurrency without letting quality slip on any one of them.Running diligence on companies the partners bring in, including customer calls, reference calls and expert callsBuilding financial models from scratch, running scenario and sensitivity analysis, and working through cap tables, dilution and returns across future roundsWriting the investment memo and presenting it to the partners at both the preliminary and the final investment committeeMarket and competitor research, market sizing, and thesis work across fintech, enterprise software, AI and adjacent sectorsBuilding diligence and research workflows using AI tools, and improving them over timeScreening inbound opportunities against our criteria and preparing those worth further reviewSupporting execution through to closing, working with counsel on documentation and the closing checklistPortfolio monitoring, collecting KPIs from founders, tracking performance and flagging issues as they ariseWorking with our Investor Relations and Operations Manager to draft the quarterly reporting updates that go to our limited partnersREQUIREMENTSPlease do not apply unless you meet all of the below.
