This individual will be primarily focused on analyzing prospective investments, driving transaction execution, monitoring the portfolio, and evaluating deal exits. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform comprehensive due diligence with techniques including, but not limited to, financial modeling, investment research, comparable company analyses and integration of AI Prepare written investment committee memos, monthly update reports and quarterly reviews of ASP’s investment portfolioAssist with sourcing and originating secondary opportunitiesReview various legal documents (non-disclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements, transfer agreements, stock purchase agreements, etc.)Support fundraising, marketing, and portfolio management effortsEstablish and maintain relationships with intermediaries, peer firms and other professionals in the secondary industryDrive various ad hoc projects and analyses REQUIREMENTS BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or related field) preferred0-3 years of relevant industry experience (ideally in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, investment management, strategy consulting, financial and valuations advisory, etc.)Excellent writing, quantitative skills, and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office productsSolid understanding of company financial statements, capital structures, and valuation techniquesAI proficiency is a strong plusPossess strong work ethic and high level of attention to detailDesire and willingness to take initiative and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, small-team environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multi-task, working on a number of different projects at any given time, and meet specified deadlines with a high degree of outputResourcefulness, thoughtfulness, integrity, humility and maturity; add to the culture that is being built at ASPIn-office 4 days a weekSome travel could be requiredU.S. work authorization and current residency in, or willingness to relocate to, NYC area
