Investment Analyst

Job OverviewConfluence Financial Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an entry-level Investment Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting portfolio trading activities, performing investment due diligence and managing critical financial databases. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, an understanding of financial markets, and a keen eye for operational efficiencies. The Investment Analyst will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operations Officer to ensure smooth trading and database management operations. Responsibilities

Portfolio Trading SupportFacilitate trade execution, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades.Collaborate with Chief Investment Officer and Wealth Managers to implement trade strategies efficiently.Maintain accurate records of trade activities and provide reporting to stakeholders.Investment Analysis and Due DiligenceAssist in performing due diligence on current and prospective investments and investment strategies Work directly with the Chief Investment Officer to produce research reports and presentations for use with the firm’s Investment Advisory Committee. Database ManagementMaintain and update financial databases within Black Diamond and other related systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Troubleshoot database issues and implement solutions to enhance performance.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fieldPrior experience in a similar position preferredProgress toward the CFP or CFA designation preferredJob Type: Full-TimeSalary: From $65,000Reports To: Chief Investment OfficerWork Location: Sewickley, PA preferred, and other locations available.
