Apply & track with Apply EdgeSenior Hiring | Investment Analyst | KolkataA promoter-led investment office is looking to engage an experienced Investment Analyst to support its investment evaluation, portfolio monitoring and strategic investment initiatives.This is a high-trust, analytical role involving direct exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad range of investment opportunities across financial and alternative asset classes.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate investment opportunities through financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and risk assessment.Conduct research across equity, debt, NBFCs, mutual funds, AIFs, private/unlisted investments and other financial instruments.Monitor portfolio performance, market developments, sector trends and emerging opportunities.Develop investment notes, financial models, portfolio reviews and management presentations.Support senior stakeholders in assessing investment opportunities, downside risks, returns and strategic considerations.Liaise with fund managers, NBFCs, financial institutions, investment advisors and other market participants.Ideal Profile10+ years of relevant experience in Investment Analysis, Investment Management, Family Office, NBFC, Investment Banking, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management or a closely aligned investment role.Mandatory: Significant exposure to the NBFC / Financial Services sector or a comparable investment-focused environment.CA / CFA would be an added advantage.Strong command over financial modelling, valuation, investment research and portfolio analysis.Demonstrated ability to independently assess opportunities and articulate investment insights to senior / promoter-level stakeholders.High level of discretion, commercial acumen and maturity in handling confidential investment information.
