📢 We're Hiring: Investment Analyst – Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for an experienced Investment Analyst with 5–7 years of experience in a family office, asset management firm, brokerage house, or bank.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis, Research, Financial Modeling & Valuationo Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation for investment opportunities (Public equity, Fixed Income, direct, co-investments, funds) and prepare and reports and memo for the board. o Perform valuation using comparable, precedent transactions, and sensitivity analysis.o Support transaction execution, including deal structuring, financial modeling, and investment committee presentations.o Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments, providing strategic recommendations.o Assist in market research, industry analysis, and identifying investment trends within KSA and broader GCC markets.o Ensure investments comply with policies, risk limits, and governance standards. Portfolio Execution, Monitoring & Reportingo Work closely with senior management and external advisors on investment strategies and portfolio performance.o Support structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation through closing.o On-line trading, management and reporting of GCC (mainly KSA) investments.o Accounting of investments (mainly public stocks & DPM) operation on Oracle and generating relevant reports.o Monitoring and recording of dividends and distribution of all the investments o Prepare periodic performance dashboards and management reports.o Monitoring the performance of advisory and discretionary mandates with asset managers.Relationships Management, KYC update & Compliance. o Engaging with Bank and brokerage house relationship managers. o Updating of all KYC and compliance documents for all the Banks. o Yearly Personal Zakat calculation for Board Members every Ramadan Educations & Skills: English & Arabic (writing, reading & speaking) Proficiency is required. Bachelor or Master’s Degree Education in Finance, Economics or Business. CFA Candidacy 5 Year to 7 Years’ experience at the family office or Asset Management or Brokerage house or Bank. Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.Knowhow of brokerage trading portals, Oracle/ERP data entry, reporting, & proficiency is excel & memo writing. Ability to manage multiple account, entities and deadlines.
