Investment Analyst (Family Office)Our client is a Dubai-based Family Office. They are hiring an Investment Analyst to join a lean, principal-facing team and cover a broad investment book, including global alternatives, direct deals, fund investments and a real estate portfolio.This is a hands-on seat with real ownership from day one and direct access to senior leadership. This is an urgent requirements, and it is difficult for us to consider candidates that have notice periods of longer than 30 days.ResponsibilitiesDue diligence on direct investments and fund managers, locally and globallyBuild and maintain financial models across alternative asset classesPrepare investment memos, screening notes and presentation materialsMonitor the portfolio, track KPIs and flag performance variancesSupport deal execution and origination alongside senior team membersRequirementsCurrently working in a family office in the UAE 1 to 3 years' experience at analyst levelMulti-asset coverage, ideally with exposure to direct and fund investments. Strong financial modelling skillsClear written communication, with experience writing IC memosExposure to both regional and international marketsShort notice period highly preferredAll applications are handled in strict confidence.
