We are launching a $50M fund investing in 10–12 post-product-market-fit companies shaping the future of sport, across AI, technology, media, commerce, fan engagement, performance and live experiences.Our model goes beyond capital. We underwrite our ability to help change its trajectory.We’re looking for an exceptional Investment Analyst Intern to help us build it.The opportunityYou’ll work directly with the Founder and Managing Partner and alongside our senior investment and operating team. This isn’t an internship spent watching from the sidelines. You’ll have exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from discovering companies and evaluating opportunities to Investment Committee work and supporting portfolio companies after we invest. You’ll also join while Vehicle I is being built, giving you exposure to how an investment platform is created from the ground up.We expect you to contribute, not observe.What you’ll doFind companies before everyone else does | Source opportunities, build market maps and identify emerging categories across sport, technology and culture.Evaluate investments | Analyze business models, financials, markets, founders, competitors, valuations and return potential. Develop a view on the question that matters: Would you invest, and why?Build investment cases | Turn research and diligence into sharp investment memos and materials for Investment Committee discussions.Develop theses | Help us understand where the sports economy is going next, from AI and performance technology to direct-to-fan commerce, women’s sports, ticketing, prediction markets and categories that may not yet exist.Help companies grow | Work alongside our portfolio companies on commercial strategy, partnerships, international expansion, follow-on capital and potential exit pathways.Help build the fund | Gain exposure to portfolio construction, investment processes, LP strategy, co-investment and the mechanics behind building an institutional investment platform.Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for intellectual horsepower, curiosity and judgment more than a perfect CV.You will probably be:An exceptional undergraduate, postgraduate or recent graduateAnalytical, numerate and comfortable with financial modellingA strong researcher and clear writerCommercially curious about why businesses succeed or failInterested in venture capital, technology, AI and company buildingComfortable figuring things out without a playbookGlobally minded and ambitiousExperience in VC, PE, investment banking, consulting or startups is valuable, but not essential.A serious interest in sport helps.
