Snipe RH is a specialist executive search firm focused on strategic and C-suite roles.We have been retained by one of the most iconic and well-established global Private Equity houses, which is looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join its Paris office.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to work directly with a small, entrepreneurial team.The role offers a particularly demanding yet highly formative environment, with a steep learning curve and close exposure to senior professionals.Key Responsibilities1. Investment Analysis & ExecutionParticipate in the analysis of investment opportunities (screening, sector studies, benchmarking)Build financial models (LBO, valuation, scenarios)Contribute to due diligence processes (financial, strategic, ESG)Prepare investment materials (investment memos, committees)Support transaction execution (structuring, coordination of advisors)2. Portfolio MonitoringContribute to the monitoring of portfolio companies (reporting, performance, KPIs)Participate in the analysis of strategic plans and value creation initiativesInteract with management teams and external advisorsAssist in the preparation of portfolio review committees and board meetings3. Research & OriginationConduct market research and identify investment opportunitiesParticipate in sector monitoring and deal sourcing effortsContribute to the development of the firm’s network (banks, advisors, entrepreneurs)ProfileTop-tier academic background (business school, engineering school, or leading university)Prior experience in Private Equity, M&A, Transaction Services, or strategy consultingStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsHigh level of rigor, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality workIntellectual curiosity and strong learning agilityStrong interpersonal skills and team spiritFluent English required
