Company Description Rakiza is an infrastructure investment management company and fund manager. Rakiza focuses on investing in essential projects across Oman and the region in sectors such as Power and Water, Social Infrastructure, Telecoms & Digital Infrastructure, Regulated Utilities, Renewable Energy, and Transport and Logistics.Role Description The Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst is a full-time role based in Muscat, Oman. The role involves supporting the end-to-end investment process, including conducting due diligence, financial and commercial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, preparation of investment memoranda and invest committee papers, reviewing legal and technical documentation, coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders, and preparing reports for investors. The individual will work closely with the investment team and other functions to support transaction execution and contribute to ongoing portfolio management and value creation initiatives.QualificationsStrong investment and portfolio management skills, including experience in evaluating infrastructure or real assets and supporting ongoing asset performance monitoring.Robust analytical skills and finance knowledge, with the ability to interpret complex data, assess risks and returns, and produce clear, concise insights.Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, including cash flow modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing in Excel or similar tools.Solid understanding of infrastructure, project finance, or corporate finance concepts, and familiarity with sectors such as energy, utilities, transport, or social infrastructure.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative working style, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving; prior experience in investment funds, advisory, or banking is beneficial.
