Investment and Corporate Finance

Responsibilities• Develop and manage corporate financial models, business cases, and valuations to support strategic decisions, investment opportunities, and capital budgeting.• Lead feasibility studies and due diligence for M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships.• Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess and execute investment strategies aligned with business growth plans.• Engage with banks, investors, and external advisors on financing, capital markets, or fundraising initiatives.• Prepare presentations, reports, and financial materials for internal and external stakeholders.• Support board-level communications and investment committee reporting.Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or a similar role • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills • Proven experience in deal execution (M&A, fundraising, or corporate investments).• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.• Familiarity with data center or digital infrastructure is preferred (not a requirement).• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written).
