Hiring: Investment Associate – Investment Origination & Business DevelopmentAl Baraka Investments L.L.C. | DubaiWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Investment Associate to join our investment origination and business development team.The ideal candidate must be capable of identifying and bringing qualified investment seekers, project owners, companies and investment opportunities to the firm.📍 Work ArrangementRemote / Hybrid – Initially🌍 Remote and hybrid candidates are welcome.🇦🇪 Based on performance and business requirements, successful candidates may be offered a full-time, Dubai-based position.✅ Minimum Requirements- Minimum 5 years of professional experience- Strong understanding of Finance and Investments- Good understanding of basic investment concepts, financial statements and investment structures- Proven experience in Business Development, Investment Origination, Fundraising, Investment Advisory, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Project Finance or related fields- Ability to identify and develop qualified investment leads- Strong professional network among entrepreneurs, companies, project owners, investors or financial intermediaries is an advantage- Excellent English communication skills – clear, fluent and professional spoken English is essential- Strong written communication and presentation skills- Ability to communicate confidently with senior executives, entrepreneurs and investors- Strong analytical and relationship-management skills- High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail🎯 Key Responsibilities- Source qualified investment seekers and investment opportunities- Develop relationships with companies, project owners, entrepreneurs and promoters seeking capital- Build and maintain an active investment pipeline- Generate qualified investment mandates- Conduct preliminary assessment of investment proposals- Collect and review business plans, financials, feasibility studies and project documentation- Coordinate with the senior investment team for detailed due diligence- Assist with investment memoranda, presentations and transaction documentation- Support transaction structuring, negotiations and execution- Maintain accurate CRM and investment pipeline records- Follow opportunities from origination → screening → due diligence → investment decision → closing📊 What We Are Looking ForThis is not a purely research or financial-analysis position.We are particularly interested in candidates who can bring genuine, qualified investment opportunities and investment seekers to the firm.Candidates with experience in:Investment Banking | Private Equity | Venture Capital | Corporate Finance | Project Finance | Fundraising | Investment Advisory | Wealth Management | M&A | Real Estate Investment | Family Officeswill be considered.🌟 Career OpportunityHigh-performing candidates will have the opportunity to grow with the firm and potentially transition from Remote/Hybrid to a full-time Dubai-based role.If you have 5+ years of experience, strong English communication skills, a solid understanding of finance and investments, and the ability to originate genuine investment opportunities, we would like to hear from you.📩 Apply with your CV and a short summary of your investment origination / business development experience.
