Investment Associate – Nordic Private EquityA Stockholm-based private equity firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join its investment team. The firm targets mid-market buyout and growth investments across the Nordic region, across specialized industrials, B2B services, software/tech-enabled services, and healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models, including LBOs, DCFs, M&A, and return sensitivity analyses.Evaluate platform and add-on investment opportunities across the Nordics.Support transaction execution, including IC materials, offers, and term sheets.Coordinate due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, tax, ESG, and technical advisers.Work with portfolio companies on value creation, bolt-on M&A, and exit planning.Conduct sector research and market mapping to support deal origination.Candidate Profile2–4 years' experience in Investment Banking (M&A/Corporate Finance), Strategy Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital.Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Experience supporting transactions within the Nordic market.Commercial mindset with the ability to develop and communicate investment theses.Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and confident engaging with founders and senior executives.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field with strong academic results.Fluent Swedish and English required; another Nordic language is an advantage.
