Key Responsibilities

Support evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across multiple sectorsBuild and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment materialsConduct industry, market, and company research to support investment decisionsAssist with commercial and financial due diligence processes alongside external advisorsWork closely with portfolio companies on operational and performance improvement initiativesSupport investment committee materials, strategic reviews, and management presentationsEngage with senior stakeholders including executives, advisors, and external partnersCandidate Profile:3–6 years’ experience within investment banking, private equity, transaction services, corporate finance, or strategy consultingStrong financial modelling and valuation capabilitiesExcellent analytical and presentation skills with strong attention to detailExperience working on M&A transactions, strategic projects, or performance improvement initiativesComfortable handling large datasets and translating insights into commercial recommendationsCFA and/or MBA is advantageous
