CompanyOur client is a multi-family office built around high-touch, high-trust relationships rather than scale for its own sake. The firm advises ultra-high-net-worth families, business owners, and multi-generational enterprises, pairing sophisticated investment capability with the kind of close, personal attention typically found at a dedicated family office. Clients are known individually, not managed as accounts, and teams work in tight, collaborative groups rather than siloed departments. The culture is entrepreneurial and deliberately developmental. A number of the firm's senior advisors began their careers in this very seat, and the organization takes genuine pride in building talent from the ground up rather than hiring it in fully formed.PositionThis Investment Analyst role is a formal entry point into a defined, longer-term advisory career track — not a standalone analytical post. Working directly alongside senior advisors, the Investment Analyst builds the analytical foundation of the client relationship — portfolio performance, planning analysis, presentation materials — while gaining real, ongoing visibility into how those relationships are actually managed day to day.Client exposure here is genuine and earned: Investment Analysts sit in on client conversations, are mentored deliberately by senior team members, and take on progressively more direct client contact as they demonstrate readiness. This role is built for someone who wants to learn the advisory business from the inside — not simply support it from behind the scenes.ResponsibilitiesBuild the analytical backbone of client relationships, supporting the delivery of wealth management services alongside senior advisorsPartner closely with the firm's internal client service team so client requests move accurately and on scheduleDevelop client-ready presentation materials covering portfolio performance, planning recommendations, and cash flowContribute to asset allocation strategy, Investment Policy Statements, and trade recommendations in collaboration with the broader advisory teamTake part in direct conversations with clients and outside advisors as client-facing exposure growsMaintain and analyze ongoing portfolio performance reportingSupport the execution of investment decisionsAssist with longer-term client wealth forecastingHelp onboard new clients into the firm's service modelContribute to business development efforts alongside senior advisorsTake part in structured mentorship and professional development built around advancing toward an advisory careerQualificationsBachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field0-3 years of relevant experience — recent graduates with a financial services internship, or early-career professionals with investment-related experience, are both encouraged to applyStrong written and verbal communication skillsGenuinely strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbersHighly organized, with real attention to detail and the ability to prioritize under pressureAble to manage work across multiple clients and advisors simultaneouslyHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPersonal Skills & Attributes Willingness and ability to learn new systems for performance reporting, data aggregation, analytics, and client relationship managementPrior experience communicating with or presenting to clients is a plusProfessional polish and presence — this role is being developed toward future client-facing responsibilityGenuine curiosity and a real appetite for continued learningSound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client informationCoachable — receptive to direct mentorship and feedback from senior advisorsStrong relationship-building instincts, even at an early career stageComfortable in a fast-paced, high-touch service environmentCollaborative team player who also takes initiativeAdaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities gracefullyMotivated by a long-term career in advisory — not simply an analytical stepping stone elsewhereComfortable operating as part of a team while also taking ownership as a self-starter
