Investment Associate

Are you passionate about investments, financial analysis, and portfolio management? We are looking for a driven Investment Associate to join our investment team and contribute to evaluating investment opportunities, managing portfolio companies, and supporting strategic transactions.Salary: 20000 AED to 25000 AED MaxArabic is a Must.

Key Responsibilities

• ️ Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, and comprehensive due diligence.
• ️ Conduct financial, commercial, operational, and market analysis to support investment decisions.
• ️ Monitor portfolio company performance, valuations, financial KPIs, and strategic initiatives, with a primary focus on venture capital.
• ️ Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, valuation reports, and Investment Committee presentations.
• ️ Support portfolio transactions, including follow-on investments, acquisitions, restructurings, divestments, and exit strategies.
• ️ Conduct market and industry research to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.
• ️ Collaborate with portfolio companies, external advisors, auditors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
• ️ Support investment strategy implementation, governance, reporting, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• ️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Investment Management.
• ️ Strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, investment analysis, and due diligence.
• ️ Experience in portfolio monitoring, investment transactions, and financial reporting.
• ️ Proficiency in preparing investment proposals, business plans, and Investment Committee materials.
• ️ Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ️ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• ️ CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or a Master's degree would be an advantage.
