We invest across the private markets spectrum, including buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, private credit, real assets, and public markets. Our Credit Funds team focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and managing private credit investments across diverse sectors and geographies.Job PurposeThe Associate will play a key role in supporting the origination, underwriting, execution, and monitoring of private credit fund investments. This includes conducting credit GP and strategy due diligence, preparing investment memos, managing deal execution processes, and supporting portfolio management activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Analysis & ExecutionAssist in evaluating new private credit fund investment opportunities through financial modeling, credit analysis, GP underwriting and industry research.Support the preparation of investment committee materials and presentations.Coordinate due diligence processes, including engagement with third-party advisors and legal counsel.Participate in fund structuring, terms negotiation and documentation review.Portfolio ManagementMonitor fund investment performance, deployment, and strategy execution.Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders.Support ongoing risk assessment and valuation processes.Market Intelligence & SourcingTrack market trends and maintain relationships with private credit GPs, third party marketers, consultants, and investment banks.Assist in sourcing and screening co-investments, direct and syndicated loan opportunities.Operational SupportCollaborate with fund operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and monitoring of transactions.Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in either private credit fund primaries or secondaries underwrite preferred; alternatively experience in private fund primaries or secondaries combined with some experience in private credit, investment banking, leveraged finance, or restructuring.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Familiarity with credit documentation and structuring.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.Experience working in a multi-asset class investment firm.Exposure to regulatory frameworks relevant to private credit (e.g., ADGM, SCA).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
