Investment Banking Analyst / Associate - Infrastructure M&A/Debt Investment Banking

Pangea is partnered with a leading Nordic-focused investment banking boutique who are hiring a Senior Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join its Stockholm team. The group advises clients across M&A and debt-led transactions in energy and infrastructure and a reputation for high-quality execution and long-term client relationships. You’ll work in a lean, entrepreneurial, non-hierarchical environment, gaining significant responsibility early and exposure across the full transaction lifecycle.THE ROLESupport execution across M&A and/or debt transactions (sell-side/buy-side, financing processes, refinancings, structured solutions)Build and review financial models (valuation, LBO-style sensitivities where relevant, debt sizing, scenario analysis)Prepare marketing and process materials (teasers, IMs, lender packs, management presentations)Coordinate workstreams with internal stakeholders and external advisers (legal, accounting, technical, lenders, investors)Contribute to market / sector analysis and transaction positioningTHE CANDIDATE2–4 years’ deal experience gained in one of the following a Big 4 Corporate Finance or Modelling team, Investment Banking (M&A and/or leveraged/project finance / debt advisory), or Principal investments with demonstrable transaction execution exposureInfrastructure sector or similar deal experience is preferredStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsEvidence of project management across complex processes and tight deadlinesHigh ownership mentality; proactive and detail-orientedCommercially minded, client-facing communication styleCollaborative team player in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English requiredSwedish and/or Norwegian language skills are strongly preferred
