This will include developing pitch materials, assisting in building financial and valuation models, identifying buyers and acquisition targets, diligence, and market research. The Analyst will gain significant client exposure and play an integral role in executing transactions. This role provides an opportunity to become part of a truly entrepreneurial firm.  Specific Roles and Responsibilities:  Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses  Produce pitch and marketing materials  Assist in the development of process materials  Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research  Participate in business development and client-facing engagements  Preparing and maintaining data rooms and firm CRM  Support transaction execution  Qualifications:Preference for at least 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience Financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience in due diligence and finance/accountingStrong understanding of investment banking principlesExcellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skillsBachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or related fieldProficiency in financial software and toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
