We're looking for ambitious finance professionals who want to build a career in investment banking and grow into VP and Managing Director roles at the firm.You'll work directly on live M&A and private debt transactions, with exposure to clients, buyers, investors and lenders from day one.We're looking for people with:• 2–5 years of relevant finance experience• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• The ability to take ownership and move quickly• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in investment bankingCompensation includes a competitive base plus transaction-based upside.This is not a back-office role.
